International Private Equity firm in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire a Part Time Temporary Front Office Coordinator. The client is looking for someone with corporate office experience in a similar position, strong written/verbal communication skills, team player mentality, exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to handle competing priorities. The majority of this role entails doing expenses, while the other 10% of the role will consist of ad-hoc miscellaneous administrative tasks. This person will also cover the reception desk as needed. Ideal candidate has experience with expenses. General hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm with flexibility for OT as needed. Days in office are Tuesday through Thursday with flexibility to go in an as needed. Hourly rate is up to $30/hr.
