Capital Management firm located in Hudson Yards, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Part Time Temporary Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support the office. This position will start October 7th and will have a unique hybrid schedule. 2 weeks of the month will be in office Monday and Wednesday with 1 day remote for 4-5 hours and the other 2 weeks of the month will be in office 1 day and 2 days remote for 4-5 hours each day. Hours in office will be 8:30/9am - 4/5pm. Hourly rate is up to $30/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Sit at the front desk greeting guests and visitors.
  • Maintain office calendar and ensure conference rooms and space is available and scheduled as needed
  • Maintain an operational and efficient office space; stock supplies, replenish pantries, water plants, check vendor services and general cleanliness
  • Assist with booking travel as needed
  • Support meetings when needed - including coordinating beverages and snacks and taking meeting notes
  • Manage daily pick-up and distribution of mail and accountable deliveries Manage office supply closet, ordering and maintain back stock
  • Assist with All Team meeting preparations
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • BA required
  • High attention to detail
  • Presents well
  • Flexible in hours available
  • Tech savvy
  • No task too big or too small
