In this role you will support their US based customers using their cloud-based software. You'll be a key player in delivering an outstanding product experience. They offer a flexible hybrid schedule at their state-of-the-art offices!
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer service standards and set new benchmarks for excellence in interactions.
- Assist customers with onboarding, training, and education on the platform.
- Respond to technical questions and serve as a reliable advisor on our products.
- Discover upselling opportunities to boost revenue.
- Collect and disseminate customer success stories.
- Offer insights to refine processes across teams.
You:
- 1+ year of experience in a client services role within the tech industry.
- Energetic and driven individuals eager to grow in the tech industry.
- Proven experience in customer-centric roles.
- A curious mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities.
- Strong digital proficiency (MS Suite, Slack, CRM tools).
- Excellent communication skills
