Our client, based in Washington, DC, is on the lookout for a HR Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. If you have 3+ years of HR generalist experience and are interested in this role, apply today!
About the Job:
* Coordinate meetings, interviews, and orientations; Handle all aspects of scheduling.
* Prepare statistical reports and presentations.
* Handle meeting logistics and A/V set up.
* Manage electronic and paper records.
* Aid with related HR tasks as required.
About You:
* 3+ years of HR generalist experience, with a focus on payroll and 990 experience.
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
* Expertise in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing own workload effectively.
* Ability to relate effectively to others, fostering positive relationships.
About the Position:
* $24/hr-$28/hr while temporary
* $55k-$60k if permanent, DOE
* Starting ASAP!
* Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site.
* Office in Washington, DC.
