Our client, a company in the security industry in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to join their team for at least 3 months!
About the Job:
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR, answering employee questions, processing departmental invoices, updating HR resources, drafting HR emails, and special projects.
* Manage the HRIS system by auditing data, correcting errors, entering information, and managing documents.
* Schedule and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
* Assist with the end of year promotion and compensation cycle.
* Preform other related tasks as required.
About You:
* 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with a focus on payroll and 990 experience.
* Proficient in HRIS systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
* Expertise in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing own workload effectively.
* Ability to relate effectively to others, fostering positive relationships.
About the Position:
* $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for a minimum of 3 months.
* Starting ASAP!
* Onsite 3x/week in Charlottesville, VA.
