Our client, a financial association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support the President and CEO located in Washington, DC starting October 1st through the month!
About the Job:
* Provide calendaring/scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics support.
* Ensure they are well prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities.
* Manage board meeting logistics, expense reports, and troubleshooting requests.
* Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.
* Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
* 5+ years of relevant C-suite executive support experience.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Macs is required.
* Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and calendar management skills.
* Ability to travel twice per year.
About the Position:
* $26/hr-$32/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for all of October.
* Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite in Washington, DC.
* Hours are 9am-5pm.
* Office is metro accessible!
