Our client, a dental office based in Waltham, is seeking a temporary to hire Facilities Coordinator to join their team! This role is onsite in Waltham, full time hours Monday through Friday, and pays up to $30/hour pending experience. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of the building, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, and other facility-related services.
- Space Planning and Utilization: Assist in planning and coordinating office layouts, space allocation, and workstation setup to ensure efficient use of space.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with trades: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Must have strong experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Requires outstanding customer service skills and both verbal and written communications.
- 1-2 years previous experience.
