Our client, a global consulting firm looking for an Office Manager who will be the in-office point person, maintaining their physical office's efficiency and serve as the event coordinator for in-office gatherings. The role involves frequent communication with both in-office and remote employees to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for timely services.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Organize catering for events and meetings.
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies within budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the regional health and safety team for compliance.
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including mail and access management.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
  • Coordinate service requests with property management.
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with office relocations.
  • Proven event planning skills, with a budget-conscious approach.
  • A solutions-driven mindset and a "no task too small" attitude.
  • Strong written communication skills and digital responsiveness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
  • Proficiency in managing tasks through digital systems.
  • Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
