Our client, a family office, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant in Palm Beach. The hours are 9am-6pm in office, but available 24/7 as needed. Will also be required to work weekends on a rotating schedule with other Personal Assistants. Some travel is required in the months of June and July as well.
Responsibilities:
- Perform calendar/contact maintenance and manage correspondence
- Book travel arrangements
- Complete errands and shopping
- Receive and ship packages and handle returns
- Assist with event planning for both large and small, formal and informal gatherings
- Handle other ad hoc tasks around the home
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1+ year Administrative/Personal assistant experience in a fast paced environment
- Hands-on professional with a "no task too big or too small" mindset
- Valid driver's License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Palm Beach area
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100-115K base depending on experience + bonus
