Our client, a premier medical specialty association, is seeking a direct-hire Director of Industry Relations to support organizational growth!
About the Job:
- Develop strategic initiatives and expand the organization's partnership base to further grow non-dues revenue.
- Utilize and grow your industry network, serving as an ambassador to companies and external stakeholders.
- Create annual revenue goals and budgets, while handling resource allocations.
- Establish and track KPIs for industry initiatives, create reports, collaborate with leadership, and adjust strategies as needed.
About You:
- 10+ years of business development or client relations experience are required; within the medical or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a management role are required.
- A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Poised and confident with a strong ability to build long-term relationships.
- Influential to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
About the Position:
- $170K-$190K salary range, depending on experience.
- Travel up to 10 times/year required.
