Our client is a prominent investment management firm, with their HQ in Chicago and they are seeking a Senior Customer Growth Marketing Specialist to craft tailored marketing strategies that enhance sales channels and client partnerships. This position demands a collaborative approach and a strong commitment to driving business growth through innovative marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives.
- Create marketing materials that align with business goals and client requirements.
- Stimulate product demand through customized marketing campaigns.
- Organize channel-specific events and uphold engagement protocols with key partners.
- Effectively represent the firm's brand in all interactions.
- Collaborate on campaign segmentation and track performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of marketing experience within financial services, specifically channel marketing
- Exposure to working with Broker-Dealers, RIAs, and National Accounts.
- Strong work ethic, creativity, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and project management capabilities.
