A growing manufacturing company is searching for a Data Entry Clerk! We are looking for somebody who is well organized and has great attention to detail. This person will be responsible for entering daily data operations with accuracy and efficiency to support the billing department. This position offers a welcoming work environment, free parking, and room for growth. We are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible so, apply today!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily data entry operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive and input invoices into the system for processing by the billing department.
- Utilize computer skills to verify the accuracy of the bill of lading (BOL) and other shipping documents against the data processing system, ensuring consistency between orders and warehouse pickups.
- Provide assistance to the manager and team with paperwork and various clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi task
- Strong attention to detail
