Private Equity firm based in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking coverage for their Facilities Associate who is stellar! This is a very hands-on role that interfaces with all levels of the company, so presentation and professionalism is extremely important. The ideal candidate has a no task too big or small mentality and always maintains a positive and professional demeanor. Pay rate $25/hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office throughout the day (two full floors including bathrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and an outdoor patio that requires sweeping of leaves and reorganizing chairs).
• Emphasis on "throughout the day" - you should always be looking for something to do! This means walking around the office, cleaning door handles, stairs, conference rooms, tables, etc.; it's imperative that you are being proactive, taking initiative and not just waiting for there to be a need!
• Handle daily trash removal and recycling
• Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as setting up and cleaning conference rooms before and after meetings
• Assist reception by bringing lunches up from the lobby to the kitchen daily (typically takes about an hour or 2)
