Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Finance Coordinator to join their Stamford, CT team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (flex for OT) and this role is in the office four days a week with one remote.
Responsibilities:
- Process, submit and track expense reports
- Provide support with vendor onboarding, ongoing management and inquiries
- Monitor the expense mailbox daily
- Manage Virtual Card and execute payment on vendor websites
- Retrieve signatures for agreements, prepare PowerPoint presentations/PDFs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years' administrative support experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
