Our client, a prestigious association, is seeking a Senior Director of Industry Relations to drive strategic partnerships and expand revenue opportunities. This remote-friendly role offers excellent work-life balance and the chance to lead a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for sustainable non-dues revenue growth.
- Build senior-level relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device companies to identify aligned revenue opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and needs to guide strategy and program development.
- Manage communications with industry partners and leverage surgeon leader engagement for sales success.
- Set and track annual business development goals and budgets.
- Collaborate across departments to execute partnership and sales strategies.
- Work with research teams to enhance access to data and programs.
- Partner with a Foundation to explore funding opportunities.
- Measure and report on the success of industry initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee the Industry Relations Manager to ensure timely program delivery.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in business development, alliance management, or client relations, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, with 3 years in a management role.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year.
