Our client, a biotechnology company based in Boston is seeking a Logistics Program Coordinator to join their team. This role is based in Boston, work on Saturday and Sunday and Monday 4pm-8pm, requires a Bachelor's Degree, is temporary for 66 months, and pays up to $25/hour. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for evening and weekend logistics and lab processes, promptly addressing issues.
  • Manage day-to-day logistics, ensuring effective communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support large-scale testing programs through cross-functional collaboration
  • Coordinate ongoing operational delivery with partners, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed.
  • Monitor sample status throughout the process, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot common issues throughout the sample workflow from collection to result.
  • Assist in special projects and tasks, addressing urgent concerns impacting operations.
  • Review lab sample statuses, schedule couriers, and handle necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in scheduling nationwide testing programs and related data entry.
  • Interface with clients and vendors in a professional manner
  • Continually enhance the customer experience as part of a cross-functional team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year experience in operations, consulting, or client services
  • Proven track record of project ownership and results orientation in a team setting
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to develop fact-based and informed opinions
  • Interest in public health or operations management
