Customer Service-Parts

• Create and send quotes to customers for parts orders

• Contacting customers to follow up with orders

• Issue and monitor purchase orders to ensure the orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.

• Coordinate all activities related to the purchasing, inventory control and logistics of machine parts
• Provide information to customers and sales personnel regarding parts pricing, shipments, stock status or other general inquiries

• Inspect incoming parts before entering them into inventory, and place inventory into correct warehouse location. Track shipments to ensure they are complete, correct, and on time.
• Anticipate potential backorder cases and work closely with suppliers and management to find other sources or expedite the product. Execute purchasing and order placement.
• Create excel worksheet for receiving container shipments.
• Issue RMA for customer part returns, including receiving of returned parts. and processing factory parts warranty claims.
• Support shipping desk as needed
• Point of contact for Starship.
• Create solutions for more streamlined processes in operations between departments

Requirement

• High school or above
• Strong Excel Skill
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis. Must be willing to bend, stand, and kneel and daily basis
• Must be able to work in a safe and accountable fashion
• Team player and work well with others
• Computer skill
• Pays attention to detail
• Good liaison with all other department members
• Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask
