HVAC Customer Service
HVAC parts company based in Charlotte is looking for a Customer Service/Dispatch Representative. Temp to hire $17 - 19/hour. Hours: Monay - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, occassional weekend work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers incoming calls and assists customers
- Provides customer service as required to counter, fax, internet and telephone customers
- Processes warranty claims / paperwork and customer complaints in an effective and timely manner
- Maintains, monitors and restocks merchandise
- Booking internal appointments
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC experience preferred
- Understanding of repairing HVAC parts and units.
- 2+ years of Customer Service as well as Wholesale / Retail sales experience REQUIRED.
- Possess High School Diploma or GED
- Stable, solid work history.
- Self-motivated and a team player
