Responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts to support application testing. The Lead tester performs analysis of manual test cases and functional requirements and determines the balance of testing to include: UAT, functional, regression, data conversion testing.
The qualified candidate gathers information from the project team, designs, develops, unit tests, debugs, executes test cases and prepares reports. The manual tester will document results and facilitate review meetings with project team stakeholders and actively looks for solutions early in the test life cycle and works on projects of high complexity within one or more test/development environments. This person works on multiple programs/systems/applications as a project team member and/or lead.
