A reputable company in Greentree is looking to add an Accounting Clerk to their growing team! This company has a small office feel with an all hands on deck mentality. Read more about this great opportunity below.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for bookkeeping and accounts payable with some account's receivable duties.
- This is the corporate office for 23 locations across the country. Each office sends via UPS all of their packing slips, checks, invoices and other items for processing.
- Will match invoices/PO's, verify prices enter into system and the payables are created. May also enter expense reports.
Office Environment
- Will work in office M-F 830-500.
- Good benefit package when hired on.
- 30 minute lunch and 2, 15 minute breaks.
- Business casual Monday-Thursday, casual Friday.
