Accounts Payable Administrator - Lawrence, MA
We are working with a health and human services organization headquartered in Boston with locations across the country. Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their AP Department on a contract to hire basis. This role will be fully onsite at their office in Lawrence, MA. Reporting to the AP Manager, this role has the potential to grow into a Specialist level position which can work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- New vendor setup
- Monitor AP inbox
- Process incoming invoices
- Follow up for proper approval
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience preferred
- Associates degree in related field preferred
