Accounts Payable Specialist - Chelmsford, MA
We are currently working with a public company headquartered in Chelmsford that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist ASAP on a temporary basis but with perm potential in the future. This role will be hybrid onsite in Chelmsford.
Responsibilities:
- Process AP invoices
- Check requests
- Communicate with vendors to resolve AP issues
- Assist with month end
- AP reconciliations
- Financial statement preparation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- 3+ years of AP experience
- Experience working in an ERP system
- Must be comfortable working in Excel
