Accounts Payable Specialist
We are currently assisting our client in the medical industry with their search for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a contract to permanent position. The hiring manager is looking for candidates with a few years of experience processing full cycle high volume accounts payable. They would love to see candidates who also have experience with payroll as well.
Responsibilities:
- Process full cycle high volume accounts payable using Intacct software
- Reviewing statements and invoices
- Uploading positive pay files and submitting stop check requests through bank portals
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting is a plus!
- Strong communication skills
- 2+ year accounts payable experience preferred
