Accounts Payable Specialist w/Bill.com
We are assisting a Waltham based PE backed firm with 42 locations along the East Coast with their search for an experienced AP Specialist with prior experience using Bill.com to join their Corporate Accounting team.
- Process invoices in Bill.com
- Follow-up with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Reconcile accounts to the general ledger
- Assist with Accounts Payable audit
- Adhoc projects
- 2+ years prior AP experience
- Account Reconciliation experience
- Must have prior working experience with Bill.com
