Accounts Receivable Assistant - Marlborough, MA
We are working with a large retail chain headquartered in the metro-west area that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their Finance Department on a temporary-to-hire basis. Applicants must be able to accommodate a commute to Marlborough on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue AR forms, ensuring proper approvals and coding
- Follow up on receivables 30+ days past due
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Contact vendors regarding issues
- Apply checks and credit memos in the system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 6-months of accounting experience
