- Prepare accurate and timely processing of customer invoices
- Match and enter pertinent billing information into Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Send customer invoices via EDI, e-mail or mail
- Communicate with customers and internal staff about issues that arise
- Research and resolve issues with customer invoices, paperwork or load information within our TMS system.
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Scan documents
- Create SOPs for new processes, update current SOPs when necessary
- Research and problem solve customer disputes
- Provide weekly unbilled report to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
