Beacon Hill Financial is currently seeking candidates for a temp to perm Accounts Receivable Clerk role in St. Louis, MO. They are looking to bring on an Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist wtih their day to day accounting functions. Responsibilities include:
- Enter and post receipt reversals
- Analyze customer accounts and process refund vouchers as needed
- Research and respond to customer inquiries, file and maintain all cash receipts, and cross-train to serve as backup for cash receipts entry
- Analyze customer accounts for late payments
- Compile electronic files to be sent to the bank to debit customer's accounts for pre-authorized debits
- Miscellaneous A/R duties
