We are working with a well-established Real Estate International management compnay looking for a well established Accounts Recievable Specialist. This person would report directly to the Director, and would be the subject matter expert for the department. This role will start off as a contract and go permanently within a 4-6 months. It's required to be onsite until you are up and running and then 3 days a week in their beautiful office by south station.
Responsibilities: Run the accounts receivables for 12 properties, mostly in the life science space. Help lease adminstrators with the process, and be the subject matter generate monthly tenant invoice, generate AR report, and generate monthly audit reports.
Qualifications:
- General accounting or AR experience
- Real Estate Industry Experience
- JD Edwards Experience
