High growth company based in Bucks County is looking to bring on an Accounts Receivable Manager to their team. If you are looking to work for an estalbished company and have the opportunity to take ownership of a function, this could be a great role for you.

DESCRIPTION

  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the Accounts Receivable team
  • Monitor and review the A/R Aging Report on an ongoing basis for accuracy and ensure that accounts do not become excessively past due.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts
  • Assist in monthly closing of AR, functions to ensure accuracy of the financial statements through the AP functions
  • Perform monthly AR reserve analysis
  • Work closely with the Sales Department to analyze invoices in error status and insure they are being resolved in a timely manner.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts receivable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Assists internal and external auditors, as requested
  • Reviewing the daily collections reporting
  • Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of G/L accounts relating to receivable activity
  • Always understand and demonstrate safe work practices to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
  • 3+ years accounts receivable or general accounting experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with NetSuite highly preferred
