Beacon Hill is seeking a highly motivated Contract Executive Recruiter on behalf of our valued client. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent for senior leadership roles across various departments within the company. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Search: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for executive-level positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative strategies to source passive and active candidates, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging various recruiting platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand key requirements, create role profiles, and build candidate pipelines.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate assessments, and interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive market research to benchmark executive compensation and industry trends.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in structuring and negotiating compensation packages aligned with company policy and market standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, including pipeline status, time-to-fill, and feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment or with an executive search firm.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Proven track record of placing senior leadership roles (C-level, VP, Director).
- Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups.
- Knowledge of diversity recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Experience working in a global recruiting environment.
