Customer Service Representative
Company in Charlotte looking for a Customer Service Representative. Temp to perm opportunity. Regular business hours, Monday-Friday. $18-20/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound and placing outbound calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing in-depth product and service knowledge
- Assisting with customer questions and concerns
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience working in an office or call center setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with computer software
- Willingness to learn
