Our client, a reputable player in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support in managing clinical operations for their Philadelphia office. This direct hire role is a great opportunity for a well-organized administrative professional looking to become a strong asset to a well-established team!
About You:
- 5+ years of administrative experience required with experience reporting to senior management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication, showcasing professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Incredible ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exhibit grace under pressure and creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Day to Day:
- Calendar management with coordination of internal and external meetings including conferences, events, and presentations
- Create meeting agendas and accurately record meeting minutes
- Maintain sensitive documents and process invoice and check requests
- Management of correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including planning and logistics for team members
- Ability to assist with phone coverage and other gatekeeping duties
