Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Credit Team in NYC. Hours are 9am-6pm with the ability to be accessible after hours, and they are currently in office 4 days a week with Fridays work from home, but some Fridays in office will be needed. Seeking a candidate who has supported a deal/sales team and has CRM/Deal Cloud experience. A successful candidate will be a proactive team player with demonstrated experience working in a space where priorities consistently shift, seeking stability and longevity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly support the Credit team with administrative duties
  • Support 6 executives with calendar management, including all scheduling
  • Coordinate all travel, including domestic and international flights, and accommodations
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc support as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Must be a strong team assistant with demonstrated admin background
  • Professional service experience will be preferred
  • CRM experience is required

Compensation/Benefits/Perks:

  • Up to $105-110K base plus paid overtime and bonus
