Our client, one of the world's leading financial services firms, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a Sr Managing Director, Managing Director, and VP of the Client Services team in NYC. Hours are 8:30-6pm. They are currently in office 5 days a week. Seeking applicants that are looking for a supportive role that will include projects and other opportunities to get involved. This candidate will possess the ability to work well in a team-driven, hard-working group, and will be someone who is highly motivated and has good, sound judgement. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of an established, successful company!
Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management, scheduling internal and external appointments and meetings
- Booking domestic and internationally travel and creating itineraries to include flights, hotels, and car service
- Liaising externally with clients and high-level internal contacts
- Managing the logistics for various conferences including the intricate, high-volume scheduling of client meetings and other logistics
- Maintaining the database of pitches and other presentations
- Utilizing Salesforce to pull reports, maintain client notes, and assist with other ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, highly organized, attention to detail
- BA/BS is ideal
- Experience with Salesforce is a huge plus, and Concur is preferred
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
- Up to $100K base plus bonus and paid overtime
- Medical benefits, employee contribution
- $20 a day for lunch when in office
- 401K match up to $5K
