Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking a top-notch Assistant to support the Global Head of Public Policy in NYC. Hours are 8am-6pm with the ability to be accessible after hours, and they are currently in office four days a week with Fridays work from home (flexibility to be in office on Fridays - as needed). A successful candidate will be an approachable gatekeeper with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate detailed international and domestic travel itineraries
  • Process expense reports and allocate business invoices in a timely manner using Concur
  • Plan and host Public Policy events, and compose strategic communications for Public Policy initiatives
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and handle all matters proactively
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and create related materials

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • BA/BS
  • Experience in legal or government affairs; corporate professional services experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience managing competing priorities

Compensation/Benefits/Perks:

  • Up to $160-170K total compensation
