Our client, an established investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Trading team. Hours are 8am-6pm and they are currently two days in office - one day in NYC and one day in Greenwich, CT. This role is perfect for a strong assistant with demonstrated experience taking initiative and paying close attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform admin tasks, including heavy calendar management and scheduling for Traders and Analysts
- Prepare and coordinate meeting materials and coordinate event registration
- Order catering on request and set up conference rooms as needed
- Prepare and submit expense reports using Workday
- Assist the EA with ad hoc projects, and run errands on request
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required
- Ideally have financial services experience, or professional services
- Must have strong communication skills and good judgement
- 2-5+ years of experience as an admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
- Up to $90-95K base plus paid overtime and a bonus opportunity
- 100% employer paid medical and dental. Vision is employee paid and is about $2/month
- $25/day for lunch

- 17 vacation and personal and 7 sick, after 5 years goes to 22 PTO days
