Our client, a higher education institute in Cambridge, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Coordinator to join the team. This role is filling in for a parental leave and is slated to last through end of April with possibility of extending. This role is Monday through Friday (35/hours a week) and pays $30/hour.
Job Description:
Coordinates and has direct responsibility for a program, project, event or program. Creates and implements administrative systems to manage area of responsibility. Serves as main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from students, faculty, parents, staff, vendors, academic collaborators. May maintain a web page, website, or program materials. Requires 2+ years of related experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction. Able to plan, prioritize, and track work. Basic or better proficiency on Microsoft office software.
