Beacon Hill Associates is assisting our client in downtown Minneapolis who is looking for a part time Part-Time Customer Service Representative! This company is seeking someone who is friendly, professional, and self-motivated.

Work Schedule:

Hours will be Monday-Friday 10-2pm. This position can be fully remote, but applicants must be able to be present in-office, dependent on business needs. You are welcome to come into the office as well, and the company will reimburse parking or public transportation.

Salary: $18.50 per hour

Job Description:

• Outbound calls to current Miracle Ear patients - 125/day
• Setting them up for their annual visits
• Documenting and scheduling in system
• Need to have speed and okay with repetitive tasks
• Can use a script if they want but don't need to
• Dealing with older clientele and those with hearing problems
• Resolve patient issues in a timely manner, which may require research and follow up.
• Update patient records as appropriate to ensure accurate patient files are maintained.
• Educate patients on Clients medical programs and services
• Collaborate on Clients medical projects as necessary

Job Qualifications:

• Must be tech savvy
• Friendly, Patient, and self-motivated.
• Must have some customer service, calling, or sales experience
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
