Our client, a global industrial company, is seeking an Analyst to join their Family Office Services team in NYC. The hours are 8:30/9am - 6pm and they are in the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of contact between external and internal stakeholders
• Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders to gather key information and achieve project goals
• Manage contracts and act as liaison between Legal team and vendor/3rd parties
• Develop budgets and track progress to budget; create various project proposals
• Support property management and construction projects for the Family Office
• Review Insurance for the Family Office and corporate entities
• Complete monthly reconciliations and prepare bi-weekly status tracking reports for art purchases
• Manage/monitor corporate aircraft usage and billing
• Assist CFO with other projects, as necessary

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience with project management, data analysis, and learning in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; great team player
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Capability to multitask and handle large processing volume
• Ability to consider and manage risks involved with completing projects/solving problems
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications and excellent computer skills expected

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $100-$130K base depending on experience + bonus
