Our client, a mechanical and electrical engineering firm, is seeking a Marketing Office Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for aiding in proposal coordination, writing and review of marketing material, overseeing all administration and customer service, verifying time sheets, industry and company event planning, coordinating and scheduling appointment and meetings, and more. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of work experience with experience in marketing, a valid driver's license, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
