Customer Experience Manager to $78k- Work in Commercial Real Estate!
Our client, a prominent Boston developer, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to add to their team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational and staffing functions of a Concierge Desk. Specific responsibilities include training and managing concierge representatives, creating and implementing policies and procedures, corresponding with merchant managers and maintaining relationships, promoting and maintaining customer service and information platforms by addressing all customer issues, organizing and participating in staff meetings, and more. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of proven customer service experience, 1+ years of supervisory experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity and an ability to introduce new ideas, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
