Director of Facilities to $140k!
Our client, a fitness franchise, is looking to add a Director of Facilities to the team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to build out the facilities department for this growing organization. Specific responsibilities include providing leadership and mentorship to the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Technicians; purchasing gym equipment replacements; ensuring quality control management for club maintenance; expending vendor relationships; developing budgets and analytical tools for cost metrics; providing and maintaining inventory; managing the documentation of facilities requited inspections for safety and operational requirements; and more. The qualified candidate will have 10+ years of facilities maintenance and operations experience; strong leadership communication skills; an ability to prioritize and delegate; and strong problem solving and organizational skills.
