Senior Project Manager to $115K!
A public agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join them! The primary purpose of this position is to direct the planning aspects of development programs. Responsibilities include pursuing possible public and private funding sources; managing overall financial closings; meeting and maintaining effective communication with community members and/or stakeholders; acting as contract administrator for consulting contracts; coordinating the necessary approval process with state and federal agencies for commitment of modernization and development programs; and more. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in affordable housing finance, program administration, contract administration, or housing planning with some experience acting in a supervisory capacity. A master's degree in planning, business administration or public administration is preferred. This is a unique opportunity for the qualified individual to do meaningful work at an established agency!
