Customer Service Representative to $65k!
Our client, a boutique insurance company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to their team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues, assisting customers with product information, order status, and returns/exchanges, handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, documenting customer interactions and update customer accounts with accurate information, and more. The qualified candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This client is ideally targeting someone with experience in Property/Casualty or Auto Insurance experience. Join this excellent company on the South Shore!
