A fast-paced commercial real estate company is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join their Marketing team! In this role, you will provide supervision of the concierge desk while providing customer service to retail customers, visitors, employees, and tenants of the building. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison and a source of information between all visitors, employees and tenants, providing a leadership presence and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, providing special event assistance, enhancing tenant relations, and performing other duties as assigned. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree, proven previous supervisory experience, 2+ years in a customer service facing role, superb professionalism, excellent oral and written communication, and is adept in handling different personalities in various situations.
