Associate Director to $90K - Great Opportunity in Higher Education!
A prominent college in Boston is looking for an Associate Director to join its growing team! In this role, the Associate Director will focus on securing new donors, upgrading established donors, and guiding current donors at the leadership giving society level. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fundraising or relevant experience.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include managing a portfolio to identify and solicit donors and prospects, maintain strong communication with internal and external partners, contributing to the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, achieve retention rate goals, and more.
- The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a group. Preference to candidates who are fluent in multiple languages.
