Property Coordinator to $45K! - Work in Commercial Real Estate!
Our client, a successful property management company, is looking for a hard-working Property Coordinator to join their Commercial team in Boston. In this role, you will process prospective tenant applications, manage tenants' lease accounts, work directly with the Property Manager regarding tenant issues, answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner, and perform all office administrative duties. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining the organization's database and software tools, working with the legal department and performing other related duties and tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and an eager to please attitude; real estate experience is not required. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the professional real estate world!
