Assistant Director to $35/Hr. - Great Part Time Opportunity with a Non-Profit!
A non-profit program is looking for a part-time Assistant Director to join their team! In this role, the Assistant Director will assist with all program operations including programming, supervising student employees, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience working with school-aged children. Any previous leadership experience is a plus!
Position Details:
- Location: Waltham, MA
- Work Model: In office
- Hours: ~15 hours/week
- Degree: Preferred
- Responsibilities include providing program oversight, representing the organization positively in all communications and interactions, and keeping the center clean, organized, and well-run via the organization of donations, supplies, and purchasing items.
- The ideal candidate will be excited to work with children and mentor student employees, have an ability to independently problem solve and implement solutions, and is a self-starter, reliable, and possesses excellent management and supervisory skills.
