Order Intake Specialist to $22/hr!
Our client, a manufacturing and distribution company, is looking to add an Order Intake Specialist to the team! This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth sales processes. The qualified candidate will have 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Position Detail:
- Location: Portland, ME
- Work Model: In office
- Degree: Not required
- Responsibilities include working directly with external customers by receiving calls, generating quotes, processing requests, answering product questions, and addressing warranty issues, and additional projects as assigned.
- The ideal candidate has experience in the order entry process, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and a positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
