Our client, a high-end wealth management firm is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their growing team! The Sales & Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in executing the sales and marketing efforts of the company while providing administrative support to ensure proper office operations. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
Position Detail:
- Location: Needham, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Strongly preferred
- Additional responsibilities include updating and maintaining the CRM system, planning and executing marketing events and campaigns, organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing internal meeting agendas, distributing meeting memos, and more.
- The ideal candidate has experience working in email marketing software and graphic design software, excellent verbal and written communication skills with editing abilities, and has a desire to foster an excellent client experience.
